Donate to the shelter

About 649,000 animals who enter shelters as strays are returned to their owners. Of those, only 100,000 are cats. Of the cats entering shelters, approximately 37% are adopted, 41% are euthanized, and less than 5% of cats who came in as strays are returned to their owners.Dec 23, 2021

Susan and Brett wanted to make a difference for homeless and unwanted cats. And started Catilac Ranch a 501C3 charity.  The more we learned about the harsh living conditions the dangers that go with living on the street, their short lifespan (2 to 3 years). We had to do something for these neglected and often abused animals only wanting to survive and find homes.

We opened up our home to these beautiful animals, located on a third of an acre of fenced in property our 1800 square foot home with an an attached, large Catio has become a sanctuary for unwanted feral cats to be domesticated and available for adoption at some point.  This is a long road for them to travel and may not ever get to be domesticated.  All our residents have been spayed or neutered receive medical care and are safe from all the dangers encountered in the wild and never have to go hungry.

All this is quite the undertaking Susan our president and chief financial officer is the back bone to our operation while Brett the VP and secretary

works sixty plus hour weeks to fund the operation and give these little guys and girls a safe home to domesticate.
